Bitmain, a gigantic Bitcoin mining machine manufacturer, has caught up on delayed wages for September after a cash flow issue occurred, according to Chinese news reports. The company said in an internal memo on October 3 that it was suspending payment of part of its employees’ salaries because its operating cash flow was not positive for the month. The announcement was shared on the social networking app Miamai but later deleted. Bitmain unveiled its Antminer S21 Bitcoin mining machine at the World Digital Mining Summit last month and revealed plans to invest $54 million in bankrupt Bitcoin mining firm Core Scientific.
