In a court hearing, Magistrate Judge Brian A. Tsuchida scheduled CZ’s sentencing for February 23. However, it is likely that this date will be postponed. CZ, who pleaded guilty to insider trading charges, expressed remorse and stated, “I want to take responsibility and close this chapter in my life. I want to come back. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be here today.” CZ could face a possible sentence range of up to 18 months in accordance with the guidelines.
