The hacker behind the $46 million KyberSwap exploit has threatened to delay negotiations for the return of funds unless the platform’s executives and token holders stop their hostile behavior. In a message on-chain, the hacker said they would release a proposal for a treaty with KyberSwap on November 30, but only if hostilities continue. The KyberSwap team initially suggested a bounty deal but later threatened legal action and announced plans for a public bounty program to recover funds. The team has already recovered $4.67 million from front-running bots but has not yet responded to the hacker’s latest message. The exploiter used an “infinite money glitch” to carry out a complex and carefully engineered smart contract exploit across multiple networks implementing KyberSwap pools.
