Following a brief rally in the price of Ripple (XRP), many thought it had finally caught a break—wishful thinking. On January 31, Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen took to X (formerly Twitter)—after ZachXBT’s hack report—stating unauthorized access to a few of his personal XRP accounts, worth over $112 million. He continued by mentioning the involvement of law enforcement and the potential freezing of the affected addresses.

This development coincides with a fall in the price of XRP, which is already in decline. This further adds to the concern around XRP, with holders experiencing a tough time. Meanwhile, following the rise in investor sentiment post BTC ETF, InQubeta (QUBE), a new AI altcoin, is preparing to skyrocket after its launch, making it one of the altcoins to watch.

InQubeta (QUBE): A New AI Altcoin

The intersection of AI and blockchain has been tipped as one of the narratives to lead the next bull market. Aiming to break into this market is InQubeta (QUBE), an emerging AI altcoin. Yet to launch, the presale is one of the most successful, recently soaring past $8.6 million in early funding.

The ICO is in stage 7, and a token costs just $0.0224. Hailed as the best new crypto to invest in, analysts tip this top ICO for a 50x rally after its launch. If you have yet to position yourself, there might not be a better time than now.

Besides its potential upside, the critical problems it aims to solve have caught the attention of industry experts. Although one of the fastest-growing industries, fundraising and market accessibility are two of the key issues within the AI sector. Aiming to address these problems with blockchain technology is InQubeta.

It will build the world’s first crowdfunding platform to allow AI tech startups to raise funds through cryptocurrency. By minting investment opportunities on its custom-built NFT marketplace, represented as equity-based NFTs, AI developers can source capital.

At the same time, the fractionalization of these tokenized real-world AI investments will allow investors to partially invest in AI ventures regardless of their income. To become an early adopter of this innovative project and one of the best coins to invest in, click the link below.

Ripple (XRP): Co-Founder Suffers Personal Exploit

Ripple (XRP) is that token in distress, with a break seemingly far from its reach. With an ongoing lawsuit against the SEC and a price decline to contend with, the community was recently plunged into a hacking scare.

On January 31, ZachXBT, a DeFI investigator, announced a Ripple hack, totaling 213 million tokens and worth a whopping $112.5 million. He mentioned these stolen funds have been laundered through several crypto exchanges, including Binance, MEXC, OKX, Kraken, and HTX, among others.

This development sent shockwaves across the XRP community—expectedly—although Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen was able to shed more light on the situation. In response to the tweet made by ZachXBT, he clarified that his personal XRP account—not Ripple’s—was hacked, as earlier thought.

His statement on X (formerly Twitter) reads, “Yesterday, there was unauthorized access to a few of my personal XRP accounts (not Ripple) – we were quickly able to catch the problem and notify exchanges to freeze the affected addresses. Law enforcement is already involved.”

Despite this clarification, XRP still trades in bear zones. It recently lost the $0.5 support, and further downside isn’t off the cards. Nevertheless, a handful of analysts remain optimistic about its comeback, despite the bears having a field day. The coming days will determine whether Ripple is a good crypto to buy or not.

Conclusion

XRP woes might not be coming to an end anytime soon following a recent exploit—albeit personal. Meanwhile, InQubeta, one of the most promising new ICOs and an AI altcoin, is preparing to skyrocket after its launch. To position yourself for significant gains, it is one of the best cryptos to buy now.
