On May 2, Hong Kong launched its first six Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs, generating a whopping HK$68.4 million in transactions on day one. The ETFs performed impressively: Huaxia Bitcoin ETF led with HK$33.14 million, followed by Harvest Bitcoin Spot ETF at HK$20.26 million, and Boshi HashKey Bitcoin ETF with HK$10.31 million. Their Ethereum counterparts also saw robust trading. This exciting development marks a significant stride in expanding cryptocurrency investment options in the region.
